Description

SARS-CoV-2 ImmuneSelect is a peptide pool composed of 100 peptides that cover the immunodominant sequences of SARS-CoV-2 structural and non-structural proteins, including both MHC-I and MHC-II epitopes.

The purity of each peptide is ≥95% (HPLC-MS).

Application

The in-vitro stimulation of Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) with SARS-CoV-2 ImmuneSelect activates memory T cells specific to the virus, leading to cytokine secretion and the increased expression of specific surface markers. These biomarkers can be detected using various techniques: ELISpot kits quantify cytokine-producing cells, while flow cytometry measures cells expressing these specific surface markers.
