Description

Human CMV ImmuneSelect is a peptide pool composed of 37 peptides that cover MHC-I restricted epitopes of CMV (or Human herpesvirus 5), derived from the following proteins:

• IE1
• pp65
• UL123

The purity of each peptide is ≥95% (HPLC-MS).

Application

The in-vitro stimulation of Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) with CMV ImmuneSelect Peptide Pool activates memory T cells specific to the virus, leading to cytokine secretion and the increased expression of specific surface markers.
